Metadata – Document folders can be configured to require wanted metadata automatically when uploading a file. This data can also be used when searching for documents.
Users and roles – Unlimited number of users. Access to the project is managed by the type of role the user belongs to. As administrator it is easy to create and assign these roles to the users.
Workflows – By assigning a workflow to a document you can secure that different tasks is done and by who.
